CRANBURY, N.J., Jan. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPHS), today announced that Dr. Kim Ann Mink, Chief Executive Officer and President, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Innophos, effective immediately.
