CRANBURY, N.J., June 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: "IPHS") today announced that its Board of Directors had declared a second quarter dividend of $0.27 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 16, 2012.
