For businesses who want to enroll in the app, all they need to do is download it from either the Apple App store or on Google Play or visit ReviewMe's website, www.plsreviewme.com. Once registered, a business can then easily invite users to join through a variety of methods, including a widget which can be added to their websites.
When a review is posted on the ReviewMe app for a business, EZBZ will then alert the business, such as for example a restaurant, that a dining review was posted. The ReviewMe customer support team then checks the review for its validity before distributing it to the various platforms the app posts onto. In the event someone uses ReviewMe to post a negative review which is confirmed as genuine by customer support, businesses have the opportunity to respond to that review through the app. That response will then be posted on the same platforms the reviews were sent to simultaneously.
Although ReviewMe and EZBZ's other App EZBZ, which connects users to companies to receive services such as home repairs in real-time, are separate, a business on EZBZ will have a ReviewMe widget added to their profile. So, if a customer is satisfied with the service they received, they can easily share their quality service across multiple platforms.
