LOUIS, Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- INROADS, Inc., a multi-cultural non-profit focused on development and career preparation for talented, underserved youth, recently appointed Andrea Johnson-Lee Regional Director of its Midwest Region, serving Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Iowa and Omaha.

Ms. Johnson-Lee will manage a team responsible for a range of functional areas including, business development, operations, recruiting, client services, student coaching and curriculum development, special events and training programs. In addition, she will be responsible for strategic planning/execution and fund development. Before joining INROADS, Ms. Johnson-Lee held a series of executive positions in healthcare administration. Most recently, she directed Concentra (Westport), a national healthcare company that provides services directly to employers, their workers and the public. Her civic activities include leadership roles in the Gateway Chapter of The Links, Inc.; Carrousels St. Louis Inc.; and United Negro College Fund. She serves on the boards of CORO Midwestern Leadership Program; St. Louis Regional Health Commission; American Public Health Association; National Association of Health Care Executives; and Mid-County Partners for Progress. Johnson-Lee is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and has received awards from Leadership St. Louis and the Women Legislators of Missouri.
Johnson-Lee earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from University of Missouri-Columbia, and master's degrees in Health Administration and Human Resources Management from Washington University, St. Louis.
