Insight Treatment Programs Announces Grand Reopening In Luxurious Pasadena Facility

PASADENA, Calif., April 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Insight Treatment Program has provided services for teens and their families for over 25 years.  The program originated in Pasadena offering a level of services that had been unavailable to teens suffering from mental health and or drug/alcohol problems.  In the early 90's treatment was offered in hospitals, or long term locked programs in other states. "My goal was to create a state of the art, Intensive Outpatient Program for teens with mental health, behavioral, or drug and alcohol problems.  Our program offers a structured environment so that teens can receive treatment while staying in their homes," says Anthony Lopez, founder and CEO of Insight.  "There are times when residential is needed, but with the help of willing parents we can often allow teens to heal at home, with their families, in the community in which they live."

Currently Insight operates in two locations, Sherman Oaks and Pasadena, CA. The new Pasadena facility is on a 13,000 square foot lot with room to add even more youth centered services.   Alongside the Intensive Outpatient Program for teens and young people, the Pasadena location now offers a full Day Program and a School Program. With School, Day and Evening Programs Insight can provide treatment for teens up to the age of twenty who have a variety of needs.  The Pasadena programs are provided in two beautiful homes on the property creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on a lot with room for outdoor activities and exercise.  "At Insight we treat the whole person, not just a diagnoses. Therefore, when treating teens it is critical to address the mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, social, academic, and family aspects of their lives."

According to Mr. Lopez, "Insight had outgrown its original location. We were sentimental about Green Street because that is where Insight started. But when we found our spacious new location I knew that this would be our new home, allowing us to expand the exceptional services that we provide."
