SAN FRANCISCO, July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Socius Insurance Services, Inc., a management liability and property & casualty insurance wholesaler, today announced the opening of its new office in Birmingham, Alabama, and the appointment of Hank Stickley , RPLU, as Vice President. The new branch will specialize in management and professional liability.

Stickley comes to Socius after a successful 26 years in the insurance field focused exclusively on executive risk and professional liability including D&O, EPL, E&O and related coverages.  Prior to joining Socius, he worked at two national brokerage firms in both wholesale and retail placements. He also was a senior executive risk underwriter with Chubb Group, Chartis and Cincinnati Insurance.  As a board member of the PLUS Southeast chapter, Hank has spoken on panels and conducted seminars on continuing education in his field of expertise.
