Scott O'Rourke has joined the company as Vice President of Eastern US Sales, Scott Davis has joined as Vice President of Western US Sales, and Chris Brand has joined as Vice President of Canadian Sales.
O'Rourke joins as Vice President of the Eastern Sales with a long history of enterprise software sales, most recently serving in a sales management role at Trustwave, the leading provider of on-demand and subscription-based information security and PCI DSS compliance management solutions. An MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, O'Rourke has served in sales leadership roles at AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless for a 10 year period prior to Trustwave.
Davis joins Interactions as Vice President of Western Sales with 15 years of sales leadership in enterprise technology. Davis most recently served as a Regional Vice President of Sales alongside O'Rourke at Trustwave. Prior to Trustwave, Davis served as Sales Vice President at Sipera Systems, CA Inc., and DeepNines Technologies. A Texas native and a graduate of the Baylor University Hankamer Business School, Davis has also served in sales roles at Verisign and IBM Internet Security Systems.
Brand joins Interactions as Vice President of Canadian Sales with 18 years of experience operating and providing solutions into customer care organizations. Chris joins Interactions from The Faneuil Group, which operates customer care centers with combined capacity of 2,000 seats for the management of complex customer service engagements. Most recently, Brand served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, responsible for driving The Faneuil Group's strategic partnerships. A native Canadian and lifelong resident of Winnipeg, Chris attended the University of Manitoba where he studied Economics.
