Interactions Corporation Selects Bob Sullebarger to Fill New CMO Position Bob Sullebarger brings 20 Years of Industry Experience to Interactions Corporation
BOSTON, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactions Corporation, provider of the most natural conversational automated systems for customer care, announced today that Bob Sullebarger has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Sullebarger, who brings more than 20 years of executive contact center and telecommunications experience, will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of Interactions' marketing and sales enablement initiatives.

Sullebarger most recently served as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for CallMiner, a leader in Voice of the Customer and enterprise speech analytics solutions for the contact center market.
Prior to CallMiner, Sullebarger served as VP Marketing and Product Management at Vericept, a provider of data security and compliance solutions. Sullebarger was with Vericept from 2006 to 2009, at which point the company was acquired by Trustwave.

Sullebarger began his executive career at Cascade Communications, where the product line under his management grew from $35 million to $350 million in revenue over three years. Cascade was then acquired by Ascend Communications for $6 billion. He then served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Spring Tide Networks, where he forged a reseller relationship with Lucent Technologies that culminated in the $1.5 billion acquisition of Spring Tide by Lucent.
