Interface Announces Early Redemption of $27.5 Million of its 7 5/8% Senior Notes
ATLANTA, Oct. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: TILE) (the "Company"), a worldwide floorcoverings company and global leader in sustainability, today announced that it has elected to redeem $27.5 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018 (the "Notes") at a price equal to 103% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued interest to the redemption date. The redemption date for the Notes that are being redeemed is November 26, 2014. An aggregate of approximately $29.3 million, which includes interest that will accrue by the redemption date, will be required to redeem these Notes. U.S. Bank National Association, trustee in respect of the Notes, is processing the transmittal of the redemption notice to the holders of the Notes that will be redeemed.
The Company also said that it expects to redeem, prior to year end, the remaining $220 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding Notes, but that it has not yet commenced the redemption of those remaining Notes.
