Intergraph® Process, Power & Marine Completes Acquisition of Cloud Technology and Services Provider HostSure Ltd.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., April 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Intergraph^® Process, Power & Marine (PP&M), part of Hexagon and the world's leading provider of enterprise engineering software to the process, power and marine industries, today announced it has completed the acquisition of HostSure, Ltd., of Ireland, a fast-growing technology provider of cloud services.

The acquisition of HostSure further solidifies Intergraph's strategic commitment to delivering best-in-class cloud solutions and growth objectives for Intergraph PP&M's SmartPlant^® Cloud solution. It allows Intergraph to provide a unique cloud solution for EPCs, fabricators and owner operators of all sizes tailored to their core engineering business processes.
