International Association of Business Communicators Announces 2011 Bronze Quill Award Winners
Chicago-area Business Communicators, Marketing Teams and Public Relations Professionals Recognized for Outstanding Work in 2010
CHICAGO, June 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chicago chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC/Chicago) celebrated the 2011 Bronze Quill Award winners during its annual gala Thursday, June 9 at the legendary Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, downtown Chicago.
The competition was open to all Chicago-area business communicators who completed a significant project in 2010 that embodied excellence in one of 27 categories across three divisions: communication management, communication skills and creative. Winning entries feature clear objectives supporting the organization's goals, creative communication strategies and effective, measurable results.
"A Bronze Quill Award provides proof that an outstanding communication program or project helped influence a company's goals, as well as its bottom line," said Justin Brunner, Director of Awards for IABC/Chicago. "The winning entries were rigorously judged by seasoned IABC professionals from other chapters, based on stringent standards set by the leading global business communications professional organization.
