(PK: IMAI) www.imaiinc.com announced today that the company is preparing to complete the purchase of medical marijuana management and development company Organic Science, Inc.  Organic Science, Inc. is intended to become the primary operating subsidiary of IMAI in this business segment, and is focused on the implementation of Organic's  plans for acquisition and development of medically supervised Wellness Centers and medical marijuana clinics in selected markets throughout the USA.  International Merchant Advisors agreement to purchase Organic Science is subject to a valuation from an independent third party, and CEO Mel Roseman offered this update on its progress, "We believe that the valuation will meet or exceed our expectations, and anticipate closing on the purchase of Organic Science.
