PURCHASE, N.Y., April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- International Safety Group, (OTCBB: ISGI), an occupational risk management services company, has commenced operation in the oilfield and hydrofracking site safety business focused in the mid-west region of the United States. ISG will operate the business through a newly formed subsidiary, Safety Oil Services LLC ("SOS").
In connection with the formation of SOS, ISG hired Brian Main to serve as the Chief Consultant of SOS. Mr. Main has commenced negotiating new business in the oilfield and hydrofracking sector, bringing advanced technologies and safety protocols to a sector that ISG believes needs its products and services.

The addition of SOS and Mr. Main broadens ISG's Safety Division offerings to include the high-growth energy and oil and gas sectors. SOS will train and contract oilfield site safety personnel and provide environmental alternative technologies, fire safety, educational classes, insurance, and inspections to ensure the safety of all workers.
"SOS is clearly a solid fit into our business strategy," stated Michael Gianatasio, President and CEO of International Safety Group.
