The program's Selection Committee reviewed more than 80 nominations submitted online through the Sacramento Business Journal between June 1 and July 29, 2016. Committee members were sourced from the region's business, academic and technology sectors, and include representatives from MedStart, CleanStart, AgStart, UC Davis' Venture Catalyst, Greater Sacramento Area Economic Council, World Food Center, Teichert, Intel, Pride Industries, California Manufacturing & Technology Association, Valley Vision, SMUD, Raley's and Sutter Health, among others.
The November 4 awards luncheon begins at 11:30 am with a networking period and innovation showcase, followed by formal program from noon to 1:30 pm. Individual tickets and table sponsorships may be reserved through the Sacramento Business Journal.
