PITTSBURGH, Aug. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I have worked in body shops all my life, and I find myself using blankets to cover stands to protect bumpers, doors or any part with a painted surface," said an inventor from Jupiter, Fla. "Otherwise, the stand would scratch the paint. For this reason, I came up with a protective covering that safeguards work pieces."
He created a prototype for the WORK STAND SLIP COVER to serve as a protective cover that slips over a work stand. The accessory safeguards items placed on the work stand from damages. It eliminates the need to use blankets as covers. Additionally, the invention saves the user from having to go back and re-paint items due to scratches.
The original design was submitted to the Ft. Lauderdale office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
