PITTSBURGH, Feb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Lakewood, Colo., has developed the ELECTRO NEEDLE NOSE, a pair of needle nose pliers for professional automotive repairers. This tool enables a repairer to access and safely disconnect the wiring harnesses positioned within the protective electrical housings of newer vehicles. A prototype is available.
"I have been in the auto repair trade for 35 years. I have not been able to find a tool to fit certain needs during the auto repair process. My invention will offer convenience to mechanics and automotive do-it-yourselfers," said the inventor. The ELECTRO NEEDLE NOSE eliminates the struggle to disconnect wiring harnesses within the protective electrical systems in vehicles. It enables a mechanic to reach inside the protective housing and safely pull wiring free. This may prevent costly damage to parts. These new pliers may also increase productivity and efficiency within a body shop. The pliers offer a compact and user-friendly design and will save time and effort during repair jobs.
The original design was submitted to the Denver sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
