PITTSBURGH, Aug. 27, 2018 While there is a wide variety of watercraft with propulsion systems for boating enthusiasts, sometimes waterways are not deep enough for their systems to operate. Fortunately, an inventor from Leeds, Ala., has solved that problem.
He developed SHALLOW STEALTH SYSTEM (SSS) to enable users to operate their boats in shallower water than possible with existing vessels. As such, it gives boaters opportunities to access more waterways. At the same time, it allows the boat to move easily and quickly through the water while keeping hands free for fishing or other activities. Furthermore, it prevents weeds, ropes, fishing lines and other debris from becoming entangled around a shaft. It is also comfortable, quiet, environmentally friendly and easy to operate. Other benefits include convenience, effectiveness and an affordable price.
The inventor's personal interests inspired the idea. "Other boat propulsion systems require at least 18 inches of depth to operate," he said. "This one requires only the same draft as the vessel."
