PITTSBURGH, Feb. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I have daughters with thick hair and find regular rubber bands difficult to wrap around their hair and maintain a tight grip," said an inventor from Winston-Salem, N.C. "Regular bands also frequently break. As a solution to these problems, I came up with a better idea."
He developed the TIGHT LOCK BANDS to offer a more secure grip on hair than conventional ties and rubber bands. The accessory makes it easier to shape hair into a ponytail or other style. It keeps hair from coming undone accidentally. The device is easy to apply and remove, and it can be tightened easily once in position. Additionally, the invention is producible in different colors and designs.
The original design was submitted to the Charlotte office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
