Inventus Solutions Acquires Multiple Teris Offices

CHICAGO, Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Inventus Solutions, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the California and Washington offices of TERIS, a leading electronic data discovery (EDD) solutions provider to global law firms, Fortune 1000 corporations and government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Teris acquisition will make Inventus one of the largest providers of end-to-end EDD services and solutions in the nation with a coast-to-coast geographic footprint.  Both Inventus and Teris are leading technology providers with exceptional reputations for providing outstanding customer service. Inventus will remain headquartered in Chicago and Trevor Campion will continue to lead the combined company as its chief executive officer.

Earlier this year, Inventus was acquired by Santa Monica, Calif. based private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., together with its affiliates. Inventus was backed by Clearlake, in partnership with management, to build a leading EDD solutions provider to global law firms, Fortune 1000 corporations, and government agencies.
