Invesco Closed-End Funds Conduct Annual Meetings of Shareholders

ATLANTA, Aug. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco announced today that Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI), Invesco Bond Fund (VBF), Invesco California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV), Invesco Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund (VTA), Invesco High Income Trust II (VLT), Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust (OIA), Invesco Municipal Opportunity Trust (VMO), Invesco Municipal Trust (VKQ), Invesco Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (VPV), Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust (IQI), Invesco Senior Income Trust (VVR), Invesco Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM), Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals (VTN) and Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust (IIM) (the "Funds") held their joint annual meetings of shareholders. At the meetings, shareholders of the Funds approved the following items:

Shareholders of Common Shares and Preferred Shares, voting together, of VGM, VTA, VTN, VKQ, VMO, VVR, VKI, VCV, VPV, IQI and IIM re-elected the following Trustees:

James T. Bunch
Bruce L. Crockett
Rodney F. Dammeyer
Jack M. Fields
Martin L. Flanagan

Shareholders of Preferred Shares, voting separately, of VGM, VTA, VTN, VKQ, VMO, VVR, VKI, VCV, VPV, IQI and IIM re-elected the following Trustee:  David C. Arch.

Shareholders of Common Shares of VBF, VLT and OIA re-elected the following Trustees:

James T. Bunch
Bruce L. Crockett
Rodney F. Dammeyer
Jack M. Fields
Martin L. Flanagan

Each Trustee re-elected at the meeting will serve until the later of such Fund's Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2018 or until a successor has been duly elected or appointed and qualified.

Shareholders of VBF, OIA and IQI approved the elimination of the fundamental investment restriction prohibiting investments in investment companies, as reflected in their respective registration statements.
