ATLANTA, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) declared a dividend of $0.65 per share for the second quarter of 2012. The dividend will be paid on July 27, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 22, 2012.
