INVeSHARE Hires Ed Powers Jr. as Director of Sales
Experienced business development executive to help grow business

This announcement follows last week's appointment of Len Belvedere as Vice President of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer.
Mr. Powers will be responsible for leading INVeSHARE's sales efforts, creating valued client partnerships within the U.S. broker dealer community, and playing an active role in shaping the marketing strategy. He will also play an integral part in strengthening and expanding relationships with new and existing strategic partners.
Mr. Powers is a seasoned sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering investor communications, technology and regulatory services. His prior experience includes sales and business development roles at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Fujitsu and DST Systems. Mr. Powers attended Marist College and the Securities Industry Institute at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
