IQuity Appoints Industry Veteran Don M. Hardison to Board of Directors

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- IQuity, Inc., a specialty diagnostic technology company, announced today that Don Hardison has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Hardison is an executive with extensive experience as CEO, COO, and Board Director for emerging private, public, and Fortune 500 companies within the molecular, clinical diagnostic, and medical device industries. He also has extensive marketing and sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry. His operational and commercial expertise in both private and public fundraising, strategy development, team-building, and go-to-market, along with expertise in complex healthcare reimbursement framework and processes brings significant value to IQuity.

Mr. Hardison was most recently the President, CEO, and board member of Good Start Genetics from April 2010 to March this year.  For over 30 years, Mr. Hardison has held a number of executive and senior management positions at companies including Laboratory Corporation of America, or LabCorp, a clinical laboratory company, Exact Sciences Corporation, a molecular diagnostic company, Quest Diagnostics Inc., a clinical laboratory company and others.  He also has served on the boards of directors of several private and public companies throughout his distinguished career.
