Isodiol's Hemp CBD Fuels Laguna Blends Acquisition of 60% of CBD Naturals Bottled Water, VitaDots Marketing Rights Valued at $1.8MM USD

CARLSBAD, Calif., Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Isodiol, the Southern California-based hemp cannabinoid innovator, is proud to announce that the Company's raw ingredient, nano-amplified cannabidiol (CBD) from hemp, has fueled a Letter of Intent (LOI) between Laguna Blends Inc. (Laguna Blends) and Carlsbad Naturals, LLC, dba CBD Naturals. The acquisition by Laguna Blends is for 60% equity interest and marketing rights for CBD Naturals and VitaDots brands. The transaction is valued at $1.8 MM USD.

Laguna Blends will have the ability to negotiate the transfer of marketing rights and/or white label CBD water rights in these regions.

Laguna Blends will hold exclusive network marketing rights for VitaDots CBD Gummies and non-exclusive retail and online marketing rights for VitaDots in the following regions: USA, Canada, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. In addition, Laguna will have the right to transfer the non- exclusive ownership rights to a third party at its discretion and negotiate white label opportunities.
