The "Best Vendor" competition is open to all IT service and support software, equipment, products and services vendors. The coveted award recognizes one vendor each year that most positively impacts their clients' businesses and Service Desk operations. Cherwell Software was selected based on a three-part evaluation that included a customer nomination, customer votes and an interview with a judging panel that exhaustively examined Cherwell Software's complete ethos, particularly in areas customer service.
