ITW Announces Webcast of its Annual Meeting for Investors on December 14, 2012

GLENVIEW, Ill., Nov. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) today announced that it will webcast its Annual Meeting for Investors to be held December 14, 2012 at the Hotel Sofitel in New York City. The webcast of its meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. eastern time and conclude at approximately 12:00 p.m. eastern time.
