IWOWNFIT releases the P1 Smart Watch with built-in GPS and waterproofing to a depth of 50 meters

The IWOWNFIT P1 displays the heart rate data in real time and sounds an alert if the rate goes outside preset maximums and minimums during exercise. Various bio-stats are displayed in real time, allowing the wearer to instantly adjust the intensity of the exercise accordingly.

IWOWNFIT Sports & Health Management Lab focuses on the goal of exercise, the wearer can choose from seven different running modes: freestyle, distance, duration, energy, fat burning, endurance and CPET, catering to different jogging and running programs, and giving the wearer the ability to adjust the exercise program according to the condition of his or her body at any given moment.

The P1 can also serve as a "running coach" by showing the running stats in real time. IWOWNFIT Sports & Health Management Lab first launched the fatigue test, using the heart rate variability number as the underlying statistic on which to base the result. Users gain full knowledge of their physical state and can adjust the exercise program based on the results from the monitoring during sleep and the fatigue test upon rising in the morning.
