The National Top Workplaces list was determined solely by feedback gathered through an objective employee survey. The survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, the leading on-demand employee survey provider, in conjunction with 30 leading regional newspapers. The survey uses a proprietary set of 22 questions to rate companies. In addition to this national recognition, five regional publications acknowledged Jack Henry & Associates as a top workplace during 2012. These rankings take into consideration a company's ability to provide their employees with a superior level of professional growth opportunities, managerial qualities, and environmental conditions.
