WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- J.D. Power announces the appointment of Greg Hoeg as the vice president of U.S. insurance operations.
Hoeg is responsible for the company's U.S. insurance practice, including its syndicated research studies and consulting services. He reports to Keith Webster, senior vice president and general manager, service industries, Americas.
"Greg will be responsible for developing strategies to support the growth of our insurance business," said Webster. "With more than 30 years of management consulting experience in the banking and insurance industries, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, business development, industry analysis and competitive assessments in the insurance industry."
Hoeg has held several senior corporate positions, most recently as chief strategy and administrative officer at Companion P&C Group. He has also worked at Willis Group Holdings, New York; American Reinsurance Company; A.T. Kearney, Accenture; and McKinsey & Co.
Hoeg holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Purdue University, a master's degree in financial economics from Pace University and a juris doctorate from the Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.
