Clark joined Credico in 2015 as general counsel for the U.S. corporate office. She will now lead Credico North America's legal, compliance and human resources departments.
In her newly expanded role, Clark oversees all legal transactions and policies for new campaign markets, client procurement and business strategies. Clark brings more than 10 years of general legal experience, with a focus on consumer-facing marketing and sales.
