Jill Singer and Paul Roche Join Ingenicomm Board of Advisors

CHANTILLY, Va., Oct. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingenicomm announced today that Jill Singer, formerly the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the Deputy CIO for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Paul Roche, formerly the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Unanet Technologies, CVG and The Wexford Group, have joined Ingenicomm's Board of Advisors.

Ms. Jill Tummler Singer recently completed 27 years of federal service and is now the Chief Executive Officer of Tummler Singer Associates, LLC, and a partner with Deep Water Point.  As a federal employee, she was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO),  the Deputy CIO for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and served in numerous other senior leadership positions including Director of the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service at the Department of State and Chief of Systems Engineering, Architecture, and Planning for the CIA's global infrastructure organization. She has also held industry positions with Science Applications International Corporation, Inc. (SAIC), GE Aerospace, and IBM.
