Within the Zumay app, candidates can search and apply for jobs directly from their mobile device. Job descriptions are supplemented with company videos that allow job seekers a "sneak peek" into the culture of the organization. A dashboard is built into the tool that allows job seekers to know exactly where they stand in the recruitment process. The media portion of the branding tool allows job seekers to record a video, adding a "human dimension" to the otherwise "flat" traditional résumé. In addition, video-based endorsements from former managers, colleagues and professors can be requested to validate past performance and current skills.
