Freker is president and chief operating officer of New York-based Zenta, a global outsourcing firm for which he oversees worldwide operations and business development. Freker has more than 25 years of business leadership experience in a variety of industries. He spent the first portion of his career in the consumer goods industry, working with leading companies including Proctor & Gamble, Welch's and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Freker serves on the boards of several other private and public firms and is a graduate of Princeton University and the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
