A respected local broker, Coco Waldenmayer serves on several key committees for the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR). Born in French Africa and educated in Paris, Waldenmayer moved to the U.S., attended the University of Miami and California State University, and holds a B.S. degree in computer science and electrical engineering. Prior to real estate, Waldenmayer worked in engineering and management positions within jet propulsion labs, the U.S. military and Fortune 500 companies such as Hughes Aircraft, Allied Signal, Medtronics, and Cisco.
Transitioning to real estate in 1999, Waldenmayer holds a broker license in Florida and Montana, an associate's license in California, and an instructor's license in Florida. She is a graduate of Instructor Training Institute (ITI) and sits on FAR's GRI faculty. As an instructor, she is affiliated with Trans-Equity Inc., a real estate training company where she is qualified to teach 15+ CE courses ranging from Core Law and Ethics to Brokerage Management and Body Language. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
