Joint Venture Between Lumichip and NEUTEX Lighting
HOUSTON, Jan. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Lumichip™ and NEUTEX Lighting™ announce a joint venture to manufacture and market Antibacterial, Fungicidal and Horticulture Grow Light products in the United States and Internationally.
The joint venture combines the global resources and expertise of Lumichip™ and NEUTEX Lighting™. Lumichip™ is the technology provider and NEUTEX Lighting™ facilitates manufacturing and marketing.
The joint venture, illumiPure Corporation, was formed on October 11, 2016 as a Nevada C-corporation in order to manufacture and market its products domestically and internationally. illumiPure intends to complete the development and launch of its product solutions during the 2nd quarter of 2017, initially targeting the healthcare disinfection, food supply chain and horticulture grow light markets.
The joint venture operating under the name illumiPure, will be based in Houston, Texas. The joint venture will capitalize on the strong reputation of Lumichip™ as a leading provider of customized LED based photobiomodulation products, and NEUTEX Lighting's™ strength is product development, manufacturing and marketing of advanced lighting technologies.

Initially products will be marketed exclusively through illumiPure, and the company expects to form a sub-license dealer network during the 4th quarter of 2017. The focus will initially be in the United States, with plans to begin expansion to gain a global market position in 2018.
