Jones Walker Ranks in Top Tier in Chambers USA

NEW ORLEANS, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jones Walker is pleased to announce its top rankings in the 2012 edition of "Chambers USA–America's Leading Lawyers for Business."

Jones Walker is the only law firm in the state of Louisiana to be ranked in the first band—the top tier—in nine areas of practice that Chambers USA covers in Louisiana. It is the sixth consecutive year that the firm has been in the first band of eight or more practice areas. The firm received first-band rankings in the practice areas of Banking & Finance, Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Corporate/M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, Environment, Gaming & Licensing, Labor & Employment, Litigation: General Commercial and Real Estate. The firm was ranked in the second band in Construction—a new practice category added in 2011.
