WASHINGTON, Sept. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Former U. S. Prosecutor Richard I. Fine, Ph.D. describes how California Judges are mustering forces to fight off Citizen challenges to illegal judicial actions.  Fine appears in an exclusive seven minute video news report featured on the Full Disclosure Network® website and on public cable channels across the country. Judicial Orders VOID?

Civic activist David R. Hernandez has filed this lawsuit to set aside California Superior Court Judge David Yaffe's VOID decisions on Prop "R" due to the fact that the Judge had accepted $860,000 from the County of Los Angeles (who certified the 2007 election results.) Yaffe resigned from office before his term expired following revelations of his conflict. http://www.fulldisclosure.net/Documents/no1MotionToSetAside.pdf

City Attorney Illegal Tactics

Fine describes a scenario where, in defense of the City and County of Los Angeles, City Council proponents of the 2007 Ballot Initiative, Proposition "R," have enlisted City Attorney Carmen Trutanich to scare off and discourage similar lawsuits against judicial rulings.  Hernandez is seeking to overturn the illegal ballot measure that promised "Term Limits" but instead extended Council members' terms to three, four year terms, instead of the existing two terms.

Sanctions Threatened Against Challengers

In the video interview Fine says the City Attorney is part of the judicial strategy "trying to scare the hell out of him" (Hernandez) and any other challengers who see the illegal payments to Judges influenced the outcome of decisions in favor of the County. Read Full Transcript Here.

Judges Paid Off By County

When asked if David Hernandez would get a fair trial considering that all the judges are getting illegal payments from L. A. County, Richard Fine says he must get a change of venue to another county in order to get a fair trial.
