Frist as Vice Chair of the board of directors for CapStar Financial Holdings, Inc. A founding member of CapStar's board, Frist graduated from Yale University in 1993 and from Harvard Business School in 1997. After graduating from Yale, she worked for Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst in its Investment Banking Division (Corporate Finance) and returned to Goldman after receiving her MBA to work in its Private Client Group. Frist later joined BRS, a New York-based private equity firm where she worked until late 2000. She is a trustee for Ensworth School and serves on the Advisory Board of Teach for America - Nashville. She is also a member of the Board of Dean's Advisors at Harvard Business School where she recently chaired the Major Gifts Committee for her 15th reunion. Frist is a former board member of St. Paul's School (Concord, NH), the American Red Cross (Nashville chapter), The Oasis Center (Nashville, TN) and The Women's Fund of the Community Foundation (Nashville, TN).
