With his proven leadership in helping companies exponentially grow their customer base, Pickell will be responsible for marketing, sales and strategic alliances reporting to CEO, Dan Rodrigues.

Prior to joining HireRight, Pickell was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Quantum Corp. Earlier, he served in a variety of leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Escrow.com, Vice President of Partner Marketing for Stamps.com and Group Director of Marketing for Verizon Wireless (then AirTouch). Pickell holds a BA in Economics with department honors from Pomona College and an MBA with distinction from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
