Kate Hanni, Executive Director of FlyersRights.org, to Speak at Global Congress on Travel

NAPA, Calif., Aug. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FlyersRights.org announced that founder and Executive Director Kate Hanni will speak at the Global Congress on Legal, Safety & Security Solutions in Travel on August 27, 2011.  She will present a horrifying but funny and informative view of air travelers' experiences and provide solutions to the problems encountered by the air travelling public.  She will also participate in a panel titled "What We Have Learned from Recent Travel Disruptions" on August 26th. 

Hanni, a nationally-recognized airline passenger advocate, will bring the wealth of knowledge she has amassed in the 4 1/2 years since she and her family were stranded for over 9 hours on the ramp in Austin, TX.  In response, she founded FlyersRights.org, now the nation's largest non-profit airline passenger advocacy organization.
