Humorous "Makeunder" Webisode Series Available Today

DALLAS, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Thousands of women across the country welcomed the opportunity to share their stories when the Kotex brand invited them to open up about the state of their lingerie drawers, as part of its "Kotex Project Makeunder" initiative. The brand teamed up with Emmy Award winning performer Kathy Griffin and celebrity stylist George Kotsiopoulos to give women the chance to receive a head-to-toe "Makeunder" and star in an online video series documenting their experience. Three winners were announced and recently met up with Kathy and George to take their lingerie drawers from drab to fab. The contest winners' journeys are documented in a 5-webisode series released today that can be viewed at www.KotexProjectMakeunder.com.

Kathy and George helped these three women in need of a "Makeunder" find the right undergarments to make them feel confident and feminine: Zoe Sabbath, 37, of San Francisco; Ashley Sholiton, 33, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Jennifer Causby, 26, of Charleston, N.C. The women's lingerie drawers had lost their luster after having children, getting comfortable in their relationship or just simply being forgotten.

"I'm going to give my own drawer a 'Makeunder' because I have to ditch those old granny panties, too," said Kathy Griffin. "George showed us that ladies can get the right protection, but still wear cool, sexy, cute underpants."

In the webisodes, Kathy divulges personal stories while she and George style Zoe, Ashley and Jennifer with new head-to-toe looks. Created and produced by BUZZMEDIA, the webisode series was also co-written by Kathy Griffin.
