Katie Culp Named President of KSM Location Advisors
INDIANAPOLIS, March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Katie Culp, most recently of DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley), has been named president of KSM Location Advisors, part of the Katz, Sapper & Miller Network.
Culp, 38, has 16 years of economic development experience in 46 states. She has secured more than $300 million in economic incentives for 15 million-plus square feet of office and industrial space and has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small privately owned firms.
In this newly created position, Culp will work with clients to make fully informed, data-driven location decisions and maximize local and state incentives packages.

Culp, a graduate of Indiana University and Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, began her career at the City of Indianapolis, becoming the Executive Director of the Boone County Economic Development Corporation in 2000. In 2003, she joined The Indy Partnership as Director of Economic Development, moving to Cassidy Turley the next year, where she served as the national leader of the Location Advisory and Incentives Practice.
Culp joins KSM Location Advisors CEO Tim Cook, who heads up a 12-person team providing economic development and location advisory services to public and private companies across the United States.
