Formerly the company's executive vice president, Kelly Decker assumes her new role as the firm focuses on scaling and growth. She succeeds Ben Decker, who will now serve exclusively as the chief executive officer.
The firm currently serves a significant percentage of Fortune 500 companies from their San Francisco headquarters, while expanding their New York City office. Ben and Kelly Decker are a dynamic husband-wife duo, and as Decker Communications' top executives they will lead the company together. She also worked in various sales management and operations positions in the telecommunications industry. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a BS from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
