Named one of America's "Best Chief Executive Officers" (Institutional Investor), Cardoso also serves on Fairfield's Charles F. Dolan School of Business advisory council.
He is chairman of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI); on the board of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM); and on the U.S. Manufacturing Council under the Department of Commerce, where he also serves as chair of the Subcommittee on Workforce and Public Perception of Manufacturing.
