Schoeneman joined Ketchum in 2008 as part of the Global Research & Analytics team, working closely with the Public & Corporate Affairs Practice. She most recently served as SVP for Ketchum Global Research & Analytics, where she directed data-driven campaigns for clients and led the firm's research and analytics offering for Ketchum Midwest, Ketchum South, Ketchum West and Washington, D.C.

Prior to Ketchum, Schoeneman spent more than a decade in the political and public policy arena with experience in global, federal, state and local public affairs. She served as public affairs director for grassroots firm Weber Merritt and was director of research for National Strategies, Inc. She also held the role of VP of communications for the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and served as a campaign field analyst for the National Republican Congressional Committee's Communications Division. She is a former adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
