In his previous roles, Russell held many progressively more responsible positions in the corporate sectors of relocation management and mortgage for one of the largest industry providers. A three-time recipient of the Worldwide ERC® (WERC) Distinguished Service Award, he has also served the industry over many years through his active participation and various leadership roles at Worldwide ERC as well as on the Advisory Council of the Senior Executives Association and Presidential Award Committee during both Republican and Democratic administrations. Additionally, he has been a frequent speaker and panelist for numerous industry and industry-related organizations.
