SAN FRANCISCO, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: KFN) (the "Company") announced today that its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. PT (12:00 p.m. ET).  The meeting will be held at The Bently Reserve at 301 Battery Street in San Francisco, California. Holders of record of the Company's common shares as of the close of business on March 7, 2013 are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
