Korn/Ferry Strengthens Asia Pacific Markets With Two New Industry Leaders in Singapore

SINGAPORE, July 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, continues to strengthen its Asia Pacific business with the appointments of two new Regional Market Leaders in Singapore.

Peter Everaert, formerly the Regional Market Leader for Korn/Ferry's Global Industrial Market, EMEA, has relocated to Singapore from Europe to lead the Market for Asia Pacific, while Alicia Yi has been appointed Regional Market Leader, Global Consumer Market, Asia Pacific.

Mr. Everaert has 22 years of professional experience in organizational and leadership development, change management and executive recruitment. He works with global boards and executive teams on strategic programs that enhance business performance through leadership and organizational development.

Mr. Everaert has been with the Firm for seven years. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he worked as a management consultant to the industrial and high-tech industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Everaert worked in the steel industry.

Based in Singapore, Ms. Yi joined Korn/Ferry last year from Heidrick & Struggles as Managing Director of Strategic Client Services and co-leader for the firm's Human Resources Center of Expertise, Asia Pacific. At her previous firm, Ms. Yi was Managing Partner of the Singapore office and played a key role in advising local as well as MNC companies to build their consumer teams in Asia Pacific. Prior to executive search, she was in the HR management consulting space for over 15 years.

Ms. Yi has lived and worked in Asia, the U.S. and Europe and is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO). She is also a frequent speaker on leadership, gender diversity and human capital strategy, and has led initiatives in board diversity issues in the region as well as in Singapore.
