Kreisers, MMS and Seneca Complete Merger

ST. LOUIS, April 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The new Concordance Healthcare Solutions has announced today the successful completion of the previously announced merger between Kreisers, Inc., MMS - A Medical Supply Company and Seneca Medical, Inc.

The new Concordance Healthcare Solutions draws on the best of all three organizations to create a near-national independent distributor with the ability to serve over 67% of the healthcare systems in America with the ability to expand into the remaining one-third. Combined the company will have approximately 1,000 employees, 20 distribution centers and $1.4 billion in annual sales. Concordance will be led by Tom Harris and Roger Benz, who will serve as Co-Presidents. Serving on the Senior Advisory Board along with Harris and Benz, will be Dave Larson, Gary Reeve and William Schultz.
