CINCINNATI, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) today announced that its Board of Directors increased the amount of its quarterly dividend to 10.5 cents per share from 9.5 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on December 1, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2010.
This 10.5% increase is the fourth time the Board has raised the quarterly dividend since it initiated the program in 2006.
